Terms of Service

Using the app

It's for residents of participating communities. Keep your details (name, flat, contact, vehicle) accurate, follow your community's charging rules, and don't misuse or impersonate others.

Do not post or send anything abusive, harassing, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading. Residents can report a session or charger from the app, and building admins review reports. We or your building admins may remove content, mute a reporter who misuses the report tool, reject or suspend an account, and act on abuse without notice. Send complaints to the address below.

Chargers & slots

The chargers are owned by your community, not us, so we can't guarantee availability, uptime or speed. Start within the grace period or your slot may be freed, and free the charger promptly when done.

Sharing with neighbours

To coordinate, your name, flat, vehicle, number plate and contact number are visible to other residents in your community. Using Charge On means you consent to this.

Family vehicle sharing

You may share vehicles only with people from your verified apartment and flat. Invite codes are private, single-use and time-limited. A building admin must approve a family link before vehicles are shared.

Each person must use their own account. The person who books a charging slot remains responsible for that booking. Only a vehicle's registered owner may edit, transfer or remove it. Do not share an invite with anyone outside your household or use family sharing to impersonate another resident.

As-is, and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for missed charges, scheduling conflicts, resident disputes, or charger faults and outages.

Changes & contact
